Welcome to Life Christian Bible Institute (Lockhart) where you can earn your degree in Theology without quitting your job, moving or taking out school loans.  We are an independent, non-profit, non-denominational “Word of faith” Bible Institute located in Lockhart, Texas.  Our school is partnered with Life Christian University located in Tampa, Florida www.lcus.edu/

Our vision at Life Christian Bible Institute (LCBI) is to disciple Christians — providing solid, balanced instruction from the Word of God with an emphasis on grace and faith in the lives of individual believers.  Our existence is meant to be a blessing to the local church by assisting her in the task of “equipping the saints”; providing a well-balanced formal Bible education for each person that attends.

Classes are held on Tuesday evenings from 7:00 to 10:00 p.m.  The school year is divided into two semesters.  The first semester is August to November and the second semester is January to May.

At LCBI, we have students attending from several of the local churches in the Austin metroplex and surrounding areas.  Some of these students attend LCBI simply to enhance their Christian walk, while others attend in preparation for ministry.
